What Customer Service Operations contributes to Cardinal Health:

Customer Service Operations is responsible/a catalyst for providing proactive solutions, inquiry research/resolution, and root cause analysis. Acting as liaisons for both internal and external customers, Customer Service Operations enhances the customer experience by leveraging inbound and outbound channels.


Accountabilities:

Support targeted customers to provide an elevated order experience
Will be specialized in diabetic device products (CGM), order process, and available to answer questions/provide guidance as needed
Demonstrate strong customer service skills, working with multiple stakeholders
Perform required tasks in order process from order intake to shipment, including patient outreach, order confirmation, insurance verification, medical documentation, prior authorization, and order release functions


Perform all medical documentation functions, including prescription requirements and clinical note/addendum validation based on health plan guidelines
Complete customer outreach regarding order status and documentation follow-up
Apply an understanding of Edgepark systems and processes
Must be able to prioritize requests and manage daily assignments


Qualifications

High school diploma preferred
Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum 1 year of general business experience
Basic computer skills
Strong communication skills
Customer service, problem solving, and analytical skills required
Preferred knowledge in diabetes device
Preferred knowledge in Medicare/Med Advantage order processing

REMOTE DETAILS: You will work remotely, full-time. It will require a dedicated, quiet, private, distraction free environment with access to high-speed internet. We will provide you with the computer, technology and equipment needed to successfully perform your job. You will be responsible for providing high-speed internet. Internet requirements include the following:


Maintain a secure, high-speed, broadband internet connection (DSL, Cable, or Fiber) at the remote location. Dial-up, satellite, WIFI, Cellular/Hot Spot connections are NOT acceptable.

Download speed of 15Mbps (megabyte per second) (25Mbps – Minimum) but (50Mbps – Recommended) if nobody else at home streaming.


Upload speed of 5Mbps (megabyte per second) (10Mbps – Recommended)
