With the work of our amazing team, we power printing companies around the world helping them to stay organized and grow.


Your Role

Our businesses uses Inktavo to manage their company’s workflow. When they sign up, we have to help implement Inktavo with best practices. You’ll be responsible for proving first-class customer experience.

Salary range: $35,000 – $45,000 USD. Based on experience.

Provide technical customer support via inbound calls, chats, and emails
Answer questions, empower customers with best practices, or troubleshoot issues
Create a great customer experience and build relationships by following through, setting customer expectations, and resolving customer issues by yourself or working with internal departments
Put a smile on customers’ faces through your interactions

Positive – You possess an outstanding, positive attitude as well as an eagerness to learn from and contribute to a team
Top-notch communicator – You’re known for your ability to “read the room”
Outstanding communication skills – Both verbal and written, that enable you to speak with anyone and everyone who crosses your path

Diligent – You don’t get overwhelmed easily. Many many emails/phone calls each month, no problem!
Passionate – You love helping people, you care about your team, and you’re driven to enhance your personal growth
You have
Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills
Able to actively listen and engage with customers
Demonstrated technical aptitude or experience in a technical role
Basic HTML / CSS web design knowledge a plus


Search engine optimization, pay-per-click, e-commerce, internet and social media marketing knowledge are highly desirable
Bonus points for printing industry experience and knowledge
