Hiring: Remote Data Analytics Specialist (Work from Home)

About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Data Analytics Specialist that will be focused on helping the business gain customer insight and drive sales, channel, and product analysis. This will include working closely with marketing product managers to meet company goals.  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed

• Perform analysis of business situations, opportunities, issues, and problems as well as making actionable recommendations based on findings.

• Analyze the health and retention programs and make business recommendations for improving retention rates and customer experience.

• Development/maintenance of analytical models and the interpretation of findings to assist in decision making.

• Gathering and compilation of large amounts of data from disparate systems, data modeling/analysis, validation of data from multiple sources.

• Quantitative sales analysis explaining plan variances to identify key problem areas.

Qualifications:

• BS in quantitative major: Business, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, MIS, Accounting or equivalent experience.

• 2-4 years professional experience performing quantitative analysis.

• Experience using Business Intelligence software such as Tableau as well as working with relational databases – SQL knowledge a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
