What you will be doing

This is a remote role for United States based candidates.
Under the general direction of the Director, Sales Strategy & manages a team that supports both the sales and marketing organization to drive growth. The Senior Manager, Sales Strategy &Analytics, possesses a solid balance of project management and technical skills as well as financial and data analysis acumen. This role needs to be able to effectively interface with internal and external stakeholders.
Manages analytics request from sales leads, sales leaders, marketing partners and other internal stakeholders.
Ensures optimal operation of tools included but not limited to, data warehouses, manufacturer scorecards, bid / right of first refusal process management, mini bid process execution, pricing and sourcing tools etc.
Manages vast data sets from both internal and external sources and develops processes to transform raw data into actionable data. This includes but not limited to, strong familiarity working with SalesForce, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Power BI.
Familiar with the nuances of working with various data sources and has ability to combine various data sources to develop and track team activity to goals
Acts as a liaison amongst Finance, Marketing, Sales and Operations to ensure data alignment.
Supports team through the development of management reporting and profit enhancing opportunities thorough data mining of sales, sell-side, pricing, buy-side and manufacturer tier optimization trends.
Serves as liaison and SMEto external data sources (Global Data, EvaluatePharma, etc.) to provide pipeline information for targeting exercises, account planning, product prioritization tracking and other internal projects.
Ensures timely communication on marketing leads to qualify opportunities and research company & product information, streamlining the internal lead sourcing process
Provides subject matter expertise / technical input and oversight to tool development by both internal and external resources
Identifies opportunities for process improvements and implements solutions.
Creates ad hoc reports for other internal departments, as needed.
Performs related duties as assigned.
What your background should look like
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year bachelor’s degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education; normally requires a minimum of eight (6) years of directly related progressively responsible related experience. Candidate will also have experience with the Generic Rx industry.

Ability to travel if needed
