The Role   
The Agile Program Manager for Procurement/Supply Chain Management will be responsible for providing fit-for-purpose coaching to the Procurement/Supply Chain Management Digital Platform Product Line Manager and Product Owners by role modeling the agile mindset, behavior, and practices.
They will act as an escalation point to address the product line risks and barriers and coordinate the resolution of support issues.
The Agile Program Manager will support Product Line Manager(s) in the portfolio and product line roadmap development and ongoing backlog refinement to support the Product Line Manager and Product Owner, facilitate/lead business case development to execute on priorities


As an Agile Program Manager, you will:  
The Agile Program Manager implements and supports the use of necessary frameworks and ceremonies, artifacts, agile principles, and tools create an environment of continuous improvement in the team of teams, where applicable.
The Agile Program Manager will partner to help facilitate the resolution of cross-program dependencies and an advocate/consultant to the Product Owner/Product Line Manager regarding the business value for allocation capacity to IT Operational activities (run and maintain, technical debt remediation, and lifecycle activities).


The APM will have the unique opportunity to lean in where they can immediately add value, grow their capabilities to meet other platform gaps, and help prioritize the highest value add activities for the day-to-day operations of the platform.
The Agile Program Manager will partner with the Product Owner/Product Line Manager stakeholder communication.

Requirements 

Experience
5 years in an IT value delivery role (e.g., project manager)
2 years in an Agile delivery environment


Skills 
understand the use of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) as a method for achieving business agility
able to think strategically throughout every phase of a product’s development
demonstrate a growth mindset and the ability to understand and resolve complex business processes and complex ERP solutions for Procurement and Supply Chain
strong SAP (or JDE) functional and technical understanding and a demonstrated ability to identify technical / functional dependencies with multiple systems and stakeholders
ability to manage conflicting priorities and dependencies across high complexity modernization programs
ability to drive strategic initiatives through influence

Education –
Nice to have: Scaled Agile certifications, e.g., SAFe Program Consultant (SPC)
