We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team.  Our business is saving lives, and we take it seriously.  You’ll be working with an amazing group supporting our internal team of professionals, case coordinators, analysts, and the world’s best physicians with the tools they need to deliver patient success.

As a member of the newly created Project Management team, you are expected to bring the practice knowledge, ideas and experience to solve challenging problems and to execute projects with the highest sense of ownership, responsibility and quality.
This is a Remote position (anywhere in the United States)


Responsibilities:
Define project scope and requirements in collaboration with the business partner
Solicit and document projet business requirements in collaboration with appropriate stakeholders
Identify project resource needs and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner to deliver project objectives set in the scoping phase
Create, publish and track project budget based on resource plans and other types of expenses
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule
Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress


Utilize company and industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed in collaboration with the project team
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
Solicit and document business requirements from project stakeholders
Ability to adjust project plans when necessary to deliver value
Document and track project risks, issues and change requests to ensure effective project progress
Follow Project Management Office Runbook, guidelines and templates
Ability to coach other project managers and business analysts


Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or a related field
Minimum of 5-6 years experience in project management in information technology
Effective and clear oral and written communication skills
Critical thinking with ability to adapt to change and seamlessly adjust team priorities to deliver best results
Experience working in a fast-paced, technology industry environment
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred


Proven ability to solve problems creatively
Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
Excellent analytical skills
Experience in project management process engineering and improvements
Ability to interact with the business stakeholders for business requirement gathering and communicate issues and challenges on behalf of the project team


Track record of creating comprehensive plans, being able to continuously track and close action items, identifying risks and developing mitigation plans
Ability to influence stakeholders and to drive to decisions in a cross-functional environment
Capability to determine priorities and address multiple demands while advancing key deliverables
Data-driven decision maker with diplomatic yet direct problem-solving skills
Bias for action
