About the Role:
Extend is looking for a high-performing, results-driven Senior Marketing Specialist to help build the CRM program for our end user from the ground up. In this role, you’ll help strategize, build, test-and-learn, and improve upon communications in the customer journey. This will include email (transactional and marketing), with potential to integrate other channels such as SMS, Push and In-app Messaging in future state. This position will have high impact in driving the customer experience and you will own end-to-end management from ideation to deployment of your programs.

What You’ll Do:
Contribute to continuous improvement of communication strategy to our end customer, driving LTV and other downstream conversion metrics
Build marketing and transactional emails in Iterable
Execute on A/B and multivariate test strategies to optimize workflows on an ongoing basis
Drive operational excellence ensuring batch campaigns and nurtures are QA-ed and deployed as planned; implement process improvements as needed
Collaborate on development, implementation and ongoing efforts around SMS strategy
Work closely with Analytics, Product and Engineering teams to drive automation, optimization and scaling of CRM communications
Create and maintain outbound marketing calendar
What We’re Looking For:
4+ years of experience in email marketing
Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or related field
Passion for using data to make decisions
Knowledge in Iterable or other equivalent cross-channel marketing platform
Proficient in HTML
Experience with creating audience segmentation and building customer journeys
Experience leveraging data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau) to analyze performance
Expected Pay Range: $100,000 – $140,000 per year*
*The target base salary range for this position is listed above. Individual salaries are determined based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, work location and job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
