This is a remote, work-from-home position. We will consider applicants that reside in the following states: Arizona, Florida, Idaho, Missouri, Nevada, Texas, and Utah.
This position requires scheduling availability between 7am and 7pm MST M-F.
Pay Range: $17.00 per hour

Position Summary of the Admissions Call Center Agent:
As an Admissions Call Center Agent (CCA) you’ll support Bryan University’s mission to help our students liberate their innate greatness by contacting, qualifying, and building trust with potential students. We are seeking a motivated, results-oriented, enthusiastic individual to join our team.
Responsibilities of the Admissions Call Center Agent:
Meet the quota of 200+ outbound calls daily to prospective students, gauging their level of interest in furthering their education
Warm transfer calls to an Admissions Representative who then will interview the prospective student
Consistently maintain a high contract rate with new student prospects
Work in multiple live chats simultaneously
Strong attendance and adherence to attendance policy
Other duties as assigned by the Call Center Manager
Requirements of the Admissions Call Center Agent:
High School Diploma or equivalent
2 years’ experience working in a call center or phone sales environment
Excellent customer service skills including phone and email etiquette
Outstanding grammar and spelling
Clear communicator with the ability to ask strategic questions
Open and receptive to coaching and feedback
Ability to multitask and work independently
Excellent interpersonal skills on both an individual and group basis
Proficient PC computer skills and self-sufficient with basic IT troubleshooting in a remote environment
Work effectively as a team member to ensure that departmental goals are met
Ability to prioritize work and perform well under pressure
Knowledge and ability to proficiently use a computer and related technology including CRM and Live Chat
Ability to use programs simultaneously including MS Office programs, Canvas, Cvue, Gmail, and Zoom
Adherence to all company policies including schedules and breaks
Ability to sit for six to eight hours
Ability to work at least 40 hours per week
