USN Operations Specialist (Remote Jobs Hiring)

US Nursing, an Ingenovis Company, is the premier provider of turnkey staffing solutions during nursing labor disputes in the country. We are seeking an Operations Specialist to work closely with the Operations Supervisor and Operations team on USN day-to-day coordination of operational activities. These activities can include, but are not limited to, logistics, pre-orientation curriculum, order grids, account management, and surveys. Most tasks are administrative in nature utilizing computers, variety of software programs, scanners, copiers and handling of paper compliance files. The Operations Specialist is also a “ready to go” resource during times of active Strike Activity and it is expected to travel extensively in support of strike activity.
When a nursing strike is underway at a healthcare facility, our Operations team handles all logistics (housing, transportation, credentialing, pay, clinical onsite, scheduling, and cost management) for our onsite clinical team after we’ve recruited them. Then once on-site, a member of our team becomes the client liaison. Travel to strike action sites can be up to 10 consecutive days several times a year, during which time you’ll receive an additional daily pay rate and per diem.
Responsibilities:
Identify problems in operations processes while providing timely resolution.
Maintaining clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purposes.
Work closely with external clients, recruitment, credentialing, logistics, and transportation teams to support decisions and follow through with team responsibilities.
Identify inefficiencies and creates process improvements to ensure efficient utilization of resources and workforce.
Manage, review, and ensure completion of client-based pre-orientation curriculum.
Maintain and manage sub-vendor relationships, as applicable.
Travel up to 50% of the time in support of strike as needed.
Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.
Performs additional duties as requested by management.
Qualifications required:
Associates Degree
At least one year of general office, customer service, or data entry experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and exercise extreme care in handling company information protected from trade secret disclosure.
Ability to work independently and be self-driven to meet deadlines.
Effective organizational skills and time management skills to achieve performance expectations.
Flexibility and adaptability in schedule, tasks and travel.
Strong decision-making skills including the ability to extrapolate from written procedures and policies.
Effective prioritization and the ability to work in fast-paced environment with the objective of meeting company performance expectations
Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Teams, Excel, and Outlook.
Qualifications desired:
Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Work experience can substitute for degree).
Prior experience working in healthcare staffing.
Intermediate to advance excel skills.
Understanding of QuickBase and its functionality.
Residency in the state of Colorado, (Denver metro area) to assist with strike packing and shipping.
Strong attention to detail.
Proficient with internal tools such as eRecruit, Sense, Right Signature, DocUSign, Textus.

Compensation Range
$18.27 – $22.40
