As a software developer senior in our Information Technology organization, you’ll work on innovative projects impacting our customers, agents, and employees. You’ll code in a variety of technologies supporting web and backend systems, provide insights, and contribute to decisions impacting the team. Joining one of our platform or service management teams, you’ll support critical business area initiatives. With multiple teams hiring, we have opportunities available across our company. Participation in an on-call support rotation may be required.
This is a remote position for US based work only.
Must-have qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study and minimum four years of related work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs and applications.
- In lieu of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher, the completion of a technical training program, and a minimum of four years related work experience.
- In lieu of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher and a minimum of six years related work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs and applications.
Preferred skills
- OO development using C#
- Back-end technologies: .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET, RDBMS and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, MongoDB, etc.), and RESTful APIs
- Front-end framework: Angular 8+, NgRx or RxJs libraries
- AWS Cloud- Lambdas, S3, DynamoDB, EC2, CI/CD toolsets (Git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker), and unit testing experience
- Scrum/Agile software development process
Compensation
- $115,000-$132,000/year depending on experience
- Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
