POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated, and highly qualified Account Manager with a proven track record of client retention and client satisfaction. The role is expected to proactively establish and cultivate relationships by acting as a strategic advisor to assigned clients. The ideal candidate should possess the expertise to effectively communicate and strategize around pharmacy solutions. This role is pivotal in driving company growth through the development and maintenance of key client relationships, client retention, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.


The Account Manager will handle the day-to-day activities with clients including Brokers and Plan Sponsors. Responsibilities include managing a client activity log, contract execution management, Salesforce client activity tracking, PBM implementation support, responding to questions about an employer’s pharmacy benefit, and supporting payer clients and brokers with industry updates and information. This position requires someone with excellent communication skills, who is willing and excited to meet with their clients regularly to develop relationships, improve processes and gain best practices.  In addition, the Account Manager will assist their clients by working collaboratively with internal functional areas, utilizing the Truveris software platform, presenting demonstrations of the technology, and becoming an expert on how it works.


As the client’s advocate within the organization and to PBMs, the ideal candidate for this position should have a strong independent voice with superb relationship skills, an analytical mind, and strategic problem resolution focus.  It is essential for the Account Manager to deliver on commitments in a timely manner and be able to leverage data to provide meaningful insights.


RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Retention: Proven ability to successfully renew and retain clients, demonstrating the value of our services
Client Communications: Proactively and urgently manage and facilitate all client communications, ensuring a seamless and professional experience related to client inquiries, client contractual deliverables/deadlines, and/or other client or Truveris-client communication needs
Client Management: Work well within a matrixed organization, leading client engagement activities for assigned clients, including communication, people mapping to extend depth and breadth of client engagement, and establishing yourself as the client’s trusted advisor that lends to retention and growth of client. This includes translating client to Truveris and vice versa
Presentation skills: ability to present to various client audiences and internally with appropriate acumen, poise, and professionalism
Data Insights: Utilize data analysis to provide valuable insights to clients, helping them make informed decisions about their pharmacy benefits that increase the value and likelihood of retention with Truveris
Operational Functions: Identify opportunities to reduce complexity through simplifications, standardization, automation, and streamlined operations both internally and with client engagement. Execute and contribute to the ongoing development of client onboarding processes and client management workflows.
Client Onboarding: From Sales hand off through implementation, business award, and renewal phases, represent client internally as the voice of the customer and represent Truveris to clients
Product Development: Collaborate with supervisors on ongoing product development, process improvements, and adaptations in response to client requirements.
Industry understanding: Come with or quickly grasp the business issues and data challenges within the industry and the client’s organization
Quickly understand and facilitate resolution of the business issues and data challenges of the industry and client’s organization and collaborate with POD leader to rally the internal subject matter experts to address and respond.
Upselling: Recognize and present opportunities to upsell Truveris solutions to existing clients.


QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s Degree required
Experience: 4-5 years of experience in Account Management or equivalent client-facing experience
Superb organizational and follow up skills
Clear quantifiable track record of building professional relationships
Demonstrated ability to map out the various parts and pieces of a client and how they relate to each other
PBM Knowledge a plus
Software Proficiency: Strong user knowledge of Microsoft Office and Teams and Microsoft Excel
Proficiency of Salesforce or another CRM software
Ability to manage a meeting flow and present to large groups
Communication: Professional and effective verbal and written communications skills
Client Management: Strong client management skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships
Teamwork: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team
Project Management: Basic project management skills including the development and maintenance of project plans or client-specific action logs
Experience implementing a project management methodology preferred
Meeting Preparation: Ability to strategize and prepare client meeting agendas and desired outcomes (from beginning to end)
Ability to work in a matrixed, fast-paced, small company environment where change is expected and ability to live with change and in the grey is essential to success

Base salary range: USD $80,000 – $90,000 yearly


An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of Truveris’s total compensation package for employees.
